Liz T.

After some extremely stressful life events, coupled with neglecting my physical health most of my adult life, I was lost and didn’t know what else to do.
I was the heaviest I had ever been in my adult life and the scale just kept creeping up. I honestly hated what I had become. I knew if something didn’t change, I would easily end up like my Nana- 300lbs and in a very early grave.

I walked in for my first class, not knowing a soul. And it was everything I didn’t know I wanted in a gym. I was hooked after that first class.
I have done things in my 40’s, that I always wanted to do, but put aside in the name of raising my family in my 20’s and 30’s. Things like completing fitness competitions and hand stands and box jumps and so much more that I had only ever imagined doing.

Stephanie, through Farm Box has created a space for women like me to be able to walk in and be accepted where we are- overweight and out of shape, not being able to compete a full sit up or squat or lunge. But to care enough to push us to not stay where we are. She is passionate about helping women become more than they ever thought possible. In a sometimes harsh world, Stephanie is a true gem who loves with her whole heart and gives her all to whatever she does.

And this culture of greatness trickles down to every single member of this movement. Finding a place like this, a community that rallies and celebrates and laughs and cries and sweats together, is a rare thing.

There is a place here for every woman who is looking for something unique and truly special.

Send that text or message and get to a class. You just may end up finding that place of belonging that you’ve been searching for.
