You don't have to get in shape before coming to Farm Box. You come to Farm Box to get in shape.

  • Do I need to be in good shape before taking a class?

No. One of the biggest misconceptions people have is that they need to get in shape before joining a gym or fitness class.

At Farm Box, there's no expectation that you'll be the strongest or fastest person in the room. We celebrate effort over perfection. Show up, give your best, and we'll meet you where you are.

  • What fitness levels do you work with?

Every fitness level is welcome. Stephanie has coached everyone from children and complete beginners to competitive athletes and senior adults.

Whether this is your first workout class or you're training for your next athletic goal, movements can be adjusted to appropriately challenge you.

  • What should I expect at my first Farm Box class?

Expect a supportive, high-energy environment where you'll be coached through the workout and encouraged to challenge yourself at your own level.

You don't need to know every exercise before you arrive. Come ready to work, keep an open mind, encourage the women around you, and give your best effort. A signed liability waiver is required to participate in a Farm Box class.

  • What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable workout clothing and bring water and a towel. Gloves are optional.

Please bring separate, clean gym shoes and change into them when you arrive. This is especially important during rainy or winter weather to help keep the gym clean and safe.

For HIIT classes, please bring your own exercise mat.

  • Can workouts be modified if I have an injury or physical limitation?

Yes. Workouts can be modified around injuries, mobility limitations, and individual fitness levels.

Please let Stephanie know about any limitations so movements can be appropriately adjusted.
