As an official HYROX Affiliate, Farm Box hosts HYROX Simulations approximately every 4–6 weeks, bringing the challenge and energy of HYROX-style competition to our Farm Box community.

A HYROX Simulation gives you an opportunity to put your training into action, challenge your strength and endurance, work on pacing, and see how your fitness is progressing in a supportive environment.

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming HYROX competition or simply want to take on a new fitness challenge, you don't have to be an experienced competitor to participate.

Come ready to push yourself, support the people around you, and find out what happens when you refuse to quit.

HYROX Simulations are separate special events and are not included as a standard class with the regular 10-Class Package.

Drop-In / Non-Members: $30

Farm Box offers HYROX training and HYROX Simulations in Madison Township, PA, serving women from Scranton, Moscow, Lackawanna County, and surrounding Northeast Pennsylvania communities.
