Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Farm Box, every class is thoughtfully planned and space is reserved specifically for the women who book it. These policies help classes run smoothly while keeping booking fair and consistent for everyone.
Class Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a class:
24 hours or more before class: You will not be charged for the class.
Within 24 hours of class: You will be charged for the class. Your spot has been reserved and the workout has already been planned based on attendance.
Cancellations should be managed through your Vagaro account.
No-Shows & Missed Classes
If you reserve a class and do not attend without canceling, the class will be counted as used.
There are no refunds or credits for missed classes or no-shows.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time so you can get the most out of your workout. Farm Box classes are carefully timed and programmed from start to finish.
Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or make-up credits.
Class Packages
All Farm Box class packages are:
Non-refundable once purchased
Non-transferable and intended only for the original purchaser
Valid for three months from the date of purchase
Any unused classes remaining after the three-month expiration date will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Weather & Unexpected Closures
If severe or unforeseen weather conditions in Madison Township prevent you from attending, you will not be charged for the class and will receive a refund or class credit.
Managing Your Classes
Farm Box uses Vagaro for class booking and package management. Classes may be booked up to two weeks in advance, and you can use your Vagaro account to manage your upcoming classes and package.
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist through Vagaro. If a spot becomes available, Vagaro will automatically move you into the class and notify you.
By purchasing a Farm Box class or package and reserving a class, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation and refund policies.
